"In some way a centered life becomes wider and fuller. To form one's life around this single perspective enables us to deal with more problems, not fewer, embrace more of life, not less of it."
-- Sue Monk Kidd

Center in your own time and way...

Each week I send out seven fun and surprising prompts via email to my Seedlings and Stars.

These are not your typical writing prompts. We invite movement, play, imaginary friends and plenty of doodling on this weekly adventure that you take on your own time in your own way. So it fits your life. There's no right or wrong, no better or worse, and no rules.

Here's the deal: it costs about the same as one grande chocatrippachinoextrasyrupnowhipyestosprinkles per month.
And it lasts longer.

Welcome Marilee!

I'm delighted to welcome Marilee W. to my core team. Marilee will be helping me in the online Dreamweavers playspace, making sure questions get answered, information gets shared, and the space feels as welcoming, warm and inviting as our weekly zoom circles do.

Marilee's superpower (one of them) is connecting: people to people, to resources, to new ideas and practices. I can't imagine a better person to help me tend the online hearthfires at Studio Sadie.

How do you get access to this private playspace where members are sharing their art, opportunities and more? Drop in to Dreamweavers some time. That's all. Inclusion is automatic. And we'd love to have you.

Well, that's the ripple for this week, friends. May we swirl around our centers like a soft serve ice cream cone. Or, you know, however it feels right to you.

sent to you from Studio Sadie,
